General Terms

In this document, "df999", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the df999.onl website and all services operated under it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services.

Creating an account in violation of the age requirement is strictly prohibited. If it is proven during verification that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and any bonus in the account will be considered void.

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into df999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
• Deposited funds are only accepted from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.
• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

When you create an account on df999 for the first time and make a deposit, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total in account ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total in account ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering will be calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

General Bonus Terms

• A user may not claim any single promotion more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• df999 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• The period for completing the wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's description.

Betting Rules

df999 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as online casino games. The following rules apply to all betting activity:

• A bet that has been confirmed once cannot be changed or cancelled.
• df999 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• df999's decision regarding the result of any game or event will be considered final.
• If a technical error occurs in any game or betting market, df999 may void that round or bet.

df999 reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any game or betting section at any time.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on df999. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, and any associated balance may be forfeited:

• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Organised betting or arbitrage betting to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to influence the system using any software or automated method.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Betting or depositing using funds from a third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

df999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to provide required documents.
• Suspicious financial activity or attempts at fraud.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Closure at the User's Own Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact [email protected]. All valid balances may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is closed.

Privacy & Data Protection
